Per 1.5 Liters (48 oz) of Clean Water
½ teaspoon salt • ¼ teaspoon NoSalt (KCl) • ¼ teaspoon magnesium citrate

How to Use It

The Oil
Most people cook with whatever oil is cheapest. That oil is slowly killing them. Here’s why.
Every oil has a smoke point — the temperature where it starts to break down. Past that point, the oil stops being food and starts becoming poison. Literally. It releases toxic compounds that damage your cells, your DNA, and your organs.
What Happens When Oil Burns
- Acrolein — A toxic aldehyde released when glycerol in the oil breaks down. Irritates your lungs, damages your gut lining. Classified as a probable carcinogen.
- Free radicals — Unstable molecules that attack your cells. Accelerate aging, drive cardiovascular disease and diabetes. This is what “oxidative stress” means.
- Polar compounds — Breakdown byproducts linked to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s in repeated-exposure studies. Accumulate in reused oil.
- PAHs — Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Found in cooking oil fumes. Carcinogenic. The smoke you see rising from a cheap pan? That’s this.
- Trans fats — When oil is heated repeatedly, fatty acids flip from cis to trans configuration. Your body can’t process trans fats correctly. They clog arteries.

A 2018 Australian study found EVOO produced the fewest toxic compounds of all oils tested — even at high heat. Avocado oil’s 520°F smoke point means it almost never reaches the danger zone in a home kitchen.
The Hierarchy
My rule is simple: use no oil when you can. When you need it, pick the cleanest option.
The cheap oils in your cabinet — vegetable oil, canola, corn oil — are industrially processed, omega-6 heavy, and they break down into the exact compounds listed above every time you cook with them. Throw them out.
The Rules

The Food (Every 2–3 Days)
When my body tells me it is time to eat — and you learn to listen — I eat one meal. Clean food that my body can actually use as building material, not just empty calories to burn and store.
How I Cook It
Simple. No recipes. No measuring. I cook by feel and by smell.

Notice the pattern: grill when you can (no oil), avocado oil when you need heat, EVOO for finishing and dressing. That’s it.
What I Do NOT Do
I walk. I stay active. I let my body use its energy for repair. The power of this approach is its simplicity.
